Waterfall Cooler

YIELD: One serving

GLASS: Cocktail (Georgian)

ICE: None

GARNISH: Cucumber slice


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz. (Bols) genever
  • 1 oz. Fino Sherry
  • .75 oz. (Luxardo) Bitter Bianco
  • .25 oz honey syrup
  • 3 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • 4 cucumber slices

 INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Add ingredients to large tin.
    2. Lightly muddle cucumber.
    3. Fill large tin with ice and throw cocktail 4-5 times.
    4. Double strain into chilled cocktail (Georgian) glass.
    5. Garnish.
