Independent Network Enters its 10th Year with 2016 Ratings, Distribution and Ad Sales Successes Setting the Pace for Future Growth
Los Angeles, CA – January 17, 2017 Ovation TV, America’s only arts network, and Verizon FiOS have signed a multi-year renewal agreement which will continue carriage of the network on Verizon’s Extreme HD and Ultimate HD tiers. The agreement also includes VOD, TV Everywhere and OTT rights, as well as rights to include select Ovation TV content on the Go90 mobile platform.
The renewal agreement with Verizon FiOS wraps up a banner year for Ovation, including significant increases in distribution, the best ratings in its history with the debut of Versailles in October, and significant ad sales revenue increases YOY from 2015.
