Company collects information from and about you and how you use the Services in order to provide you with the best experience on the Services. We collect information in the following ways:

We may require additional information to verify your identity. Verification steps vary based on data sensitivity and account status. We may deny requests we cannot verify.
California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Utah, and Virginia residents may request this information free of charge twice per year. Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Oregon residents may request once per year.
We may charge an administrative fee for excessive requests. We may also reject unclear or unreasonable requests.

6. Consent to Processing and Transfer of Information.
Company is a United States company and the Services are provided from the United States. If you reside outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
