Choreographers Michael Nunn and William Trevitt head to Washington DC and Texas to audition dancers for their new company. They must find and train the troupe in 28 days.

Billy Trevitt and Michael Nunn bring their top 24 dancers together for the first time in New York City and have a big surprise for them when they arrive. Instead of settling into The Big Apple, they’re headed to Jacob’s Pillow.

They’ve only seen the dancers in action together for a short time, but with only 16 days until the gala performance in NYC, Billy Trevitt and Michael Nunn must make their first round of cuts.

With only twelve days until the gala, Billy and Michael challenge the remaining seventeen dancers to a surprise live stage performance in order to see who will freeze and who will flourish.

With seven days until the gala, pressure is high. Michael and Billy select a couple for the spotlight duet, but right before the last dress rehearsal disaster hits, forcing them to reevaluate the whole performance.
